The University of Colorado Real Estate Foundation (CUREF) provides professional real estate and property management services with a single overarching purpose that guides our efforts.

Our mission is to benefit the University of Colorado by engaging the industry’s best minds in assisting University leadership in strategic real estate decisions; in educating the next generation of industry leaders; and in managing and growing a real estate portfolio.

We make the most of real estate investments and donations in support of the University of Colorado; delivering on the University’s promise through strategic investments, a strong financial position, fiscal responsibility, and a growing real estate portfolio.
